Water Tank Powder

Our recycled compounds are designed & manufactured keeping in mind the requirements of Rotomoulding Process which demands excellent thermal stability. All our grades can be rotomoulded with the same temperature profile, as is being used while rotomoulding prime grades. Following are some of special characteristics of our compounds.

  • THERMALY STABLE :- When polymer is exposed to thermal exposure, it induces oxidation which can lead to undesirable effects such as discoloration, deterioration of mechanical properties and changes in melt viscosity. We ensure all are compounds are thermally stable by dosing Anti-Oxidants. We use a blend of primary & secondary Anti-Oxidants which consists of hindered phenols and phosphites. This ensures the mechanical properties of our compounds are intact.
  • EXCELLENT CYCLE/OVEN TIME :- We have ensured our composition of raw materials are selected and blended with utmost care to ensure they process and mould on the exact same temperature settings as are used while rotomoulding prime compounds. Not just our powder, but even our Raw Material goes under rigorous quality testing before being processed further. All our compounds adhere to standard PIAT (PEAK INTERNAL AIR TEMPERATURE) requirements which is between 190-210℃

  • PROVEN PRODUCT :- Once all raw materials are passed through quality tests, they are dosed as per requirement in final production batch for compounding. After compounding, we test resin on viscosity & density to ensure they are ideal for Rotomoulding. Then they are pulverised on German mills with custom designed segments/blades which ensures the shape and size of powder is in place. The LLDPE powder is then put to extensive tests of Dry Flow, Particle Size Distribution, and Bulk density. Once all these test are done the LLDPE powder is Rotomoulded at different PIAT’s in small cube mould. The specimen are obtained from these cubes for further mechanical testing such as Tensile Strength, Elongation, Flexural Strength, ARM Low Temperature Impact Strength etc. After complying to all inhouse test parameter the batch is marked APPROVED for bagging and dispatch.
  • AVAILABILITY :- Since consistent raw material availability in recycling industry is a major challenge, we have sanctioned MOU’s with not just India’s but even Internationally leading Rotomoulding companies to ensure round the year availability of raw material of consistent quality. We also have vast sales network across India and in major international continents to ensure easy of procurement of our compounds and we believe in strictly adhering to our delivery schedules.

Packing Available

Powders are packed in specialized bag on fully automatic packing lines in 20 kg packing. The bag design is customized to ensure logistic convenience while handling. When filled it takes shape of box that ensures easy handling while loading and unloading on stacks/pallets. Being packed on automised packing lines ensures exact weight, leakage proof along with excellent moisture resistance. The bags are marked with powder batch details on 2 sides which ensures no matter how it is stacked, it is easy for operators to identify the material.
